Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original box or a sturdy mailing bag, including a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the parcel.

  Ship to Store

  Send your return via a tracked courier service to our Limerick storefront or drop it off in person at our customer service desk during business hours.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue an exchange within 5-7 working days.
